BlueSkyHeart by pitkon BlueSkyHeart by pitkon
FULL INSTALL PACKAGE, INCLUDING WALLPAPER, ICONS, FONT, BLACKBOX BUILD and PLUGINS.
This theme is dedicated to Layne Karkruff [link] [link] one of the best artists of today, owner of the legendary BlueSkyHeart site. The wallpaper is actually the controller element from his site, turned into a wallpaper/wharf/audio player thanks to bbinterfaxe. Layne gave me his permission to use his artwork and I thank him for his friendship and his trust.
The icons are Prometheus by razorsedge [link] used with his permission. I wish to thank Mr. Blade [link] for not only bringing this artist to my attention but also uploading an excellent Rocketdock skin based on rasorsedge icons [link] I have not included it on the zip file, since Blackbox has its own wharf/dock plugins.
The included free font (copy it to your Windows/Fonts folder) is walkway black, no author known, found on [link]
The icons on the wharf drawers are indicative. Only the Web drawer includes actual hard disk links, and one or two icons on the other drawers (3dcc, Winamp etc.) Add your own links to the rest of the existing icons.
All you have to do is unzip Blackbox BSH.zip under C:\Blackbox (rename your Blackbox folder if you already use Blackbox), restart (if you already use Blackbox) and either double click on Blackbox.exe or use a shell switcher like ShellOn (if you haven't used Blackbox before) and enjoy.
gain, this theme is for a resolution of 1920X1080 or higher. For lower resolutions, please note me
Anyone who wishes to try Blackbox for the first time, please e-mail me for instructions.
If you want to learn more about Blackbox, I suggest you read an introduction here [link] and my tutorials:
[link] tutorial part I - the shell
[link] tutorial part II - the plugins
[link] tutorial part III - the styles
They are pretty much outdated by now (I MUST find time to bring them up to date... lol) but they will give you a general idea.
And, of course, feel free to ask if you need more info or instructions :)

I was playing with bblean, but the major problem I encountered was the plugins not working with my 64bit OS. I believe that was the problem, in any case. I did have the 64bit version of bblean. Should I try with the 32bit version?

Most plugins don't work on 64 bit systems, sorry! If you try a 32-bit system (Windows X86) BBLean is dated, you must use the latest version of Blackbox, link included in my manual. Do you have 32bit Windows?

Unfortunately, I don't. I have 64 bit windows. That's a shame. Perhaps I'll look through the plugins and find something myself. I've been playing with the SharpEnviro shell. Maybe I'll figure something fun out with this one. ^_^

SharpEnviro is fine, too, although BB is really unique. Sorry I couldn't be of more help... :(
